Our Story
From the soil to the hearth — a quiet inheritance.
We carry the oldest table habits to your shelves from their natural source, with contemporary care. Below, follow either the farm's story or the history of each spice.

01 · The Farm
A spice's journey doesn't begin with a seed — it begins with patience.
Baharat Çiftliği grew out of long-running relationships with smallholder farmers across different regions, each harvesting in their own land and their own season. What we share with them isn't an annual contract but a handshake renewed at every harvest.
Maraş peppers, Aegean thyme, Urfa cumin, Karabük saffron — each is prepared with the technique of its own land. Two-stage sun-drying, shade-resting, stone milling: none of these are coincidence. They are methods chosen by centuries.
As long as we stay loyal to these methods, the original character of the spice does not change. Our job is to not interfere with the soil's work — only to carry it to your shelf in a hygienic, quiet pack.
