Delivery & Returns
At Baharat Çiftliği we aim to be transparent about delivery and returns. This document explains how we ship orders and the terms of returns and exchanges.

Delivery Time
Orders confirmed by payment are prepared on business days and handed over to our courier partner within 1–3 business days. Depending on the destination, courier transit may take an additional 1–3 business days. Public holidays or campaign periods may extend this; you'll be notified of any delays.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight, and shown clearly in the order summary. Free shipping campaigns may apply over certain order values.
Shipping Region
We ship across Türkiye via our courier partner. For international shipping requests, please contact aromoragida@gmail.com.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, the tracking number is sent by email. You can also use the "Order Tracking" page on our site with your order code and email to view the latest status.
Damaged or Missing Items
If the parcel shows visible damage on delivery, please refuse to accept it and have the courier file a damage report. If you notice damage or missing items after opening, contact aromoragida@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery — we'll start the replacement or refund process promptly.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Per the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, you may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without stating any reason.
To exercise this right, send written notice to aromoragida@gmail.com and ship the product back within 10 days. The refund is processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the notice.
When Withdrawal Doesn't Apply
Per Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation:
- Spice products whose packaging has been opened — for hygiene and food-safety reasons.
- Perishable goods or items with a near expiry date.
- Custom orders prepared to the customer's specific request (bespoke gift sets, special packaging etc.).
Return Process
- Send your withdrawal request to aromoragida@gmail.com with the order code.
- Ship the product, unopened and in its original condition, within 10 days to the return address we provide.
- Once we receive and verify the product, the refund is issued to your original payment method.
- If the return is due to a product defect or wrong shipment, shipping is covered by us. For voluntary withdrawal returns, shipping is the customer's responsibility.
