Distance Sales Agreement
This document outlines the rights and obligations between Baharat Çiftliği and the customer for orders placed via baharatciftligi.com, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1. Parties
Seller: Baharat Çiftliği — sells spice products online via baharatciftligi.com. Contact: aromoragida@gmail.com / +90 532 577 05 76.
Buyer: The natural or legal person placing an order through the website.
2. Subject
This agreement governs the sale and delivery of spice products ordered electronically via baharatciftligi.com, and the rights and obligations of both parties.
3. Product and Payment
The essential characteristics of products (type, quantity, brand), the sale price (VAT included), payment method and delivery details are as specified on the product page and order summary. Listed prices are the final sale prices.
4. General Provisions
- The Buyer acknowledges having read and confirmed all order details — product specs, price, payment method and delivery terms — before submitting the order.
- Orders are dispatched to the address provided by the Buyer via a courier within the legally required 30-day period.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, epidemics, customs delays, courier disruptions etc.) may delay delivery; in such cases the Buyer is informed and may opt to cancel, substitute, or postpone the order.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating any reason and without penalty.
To exercise this right, written notice must be sent to aromoragida@gmail.com within the period. The product must be returned to the Seller within 10 days of notice; the refund is processed within 14 days of receipt.
Withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products whose packaging has been opened, where return is unsuitable for hygiene reasons (opened spice packs).
- Perishable goods or goods with a near expiry date.
- Custom-prepared products (bespoke gift sets etc.).
6. Jurisdiction
Disputes arising from this agreement are subject to Turkish law and to the jurisdiction of Consumer Arbitration Boards or Consumer Courts up to and beyond the limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
7. Entry into Force
This agreement enters into force upon the Buyer's electronic confirmation of the order details on the website.
